We do not collect: addresses, email addresses, social security numbers, financial information, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

Your phone number is used exclusively to send you text messages related to band activities, including:

  • Rehearsal and performance schedules
  • Event reminders and updates
  • Important announcements from the band program
  • Group-specific messages (e.g., field show, concert band, trips)

We will never use your information for marketing purposes or any reason unrelated to supporting the Tahoma High School band program.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of the Tahoma Band Boosters organization.

Your phone number is only accessible to:

  • Authorized Band Boosters volunteers who manage communications
  • The band director
  • Twilio (our SMS service provider) solely for message delivery

We will never provide your information to third-party marketers, advertisers, or any commercial entities.

You have complete control over your information:

  • Update information: Contact us to update or correct your phone number
  • Delete your data: Request complete removal from our system at any time

Parental Consent

For students under 18, we require parental consent before enrolling in SMS communications. Parents must complete our consent form, which creates a record of their authorization.
